If you contact us, we receive the information in your message and use it to respond. Search inputs such as a name, telephone number, or address are passed to the provider that operates the results function; our servers do not retain a separate copy of those search entries.
Automatic Technical Data
Hosting systems may log ordinary technical data such as an IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We use aggregate information to operate, secure, and understand use of the service. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics or advertising measurement.
How Limited Data Is Used
Technical and contact data are used to run the service, address errors, respond to messages, measure general traffic, and improve content. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles from these records.
External Links and Search Providers
Links lead to records custodians, libraries, archives, and other outside services. Their privacy practices govern information submitted on their systems. The same is true for sponsored result providers, whose data collection is outside our control.
Service Providers
Hosting, analytics, and technical vendors may process the limited automatic data described here on our behalf. Information is also disclosed when valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share personal data for unrelated use.
Safeguards and Retention
The service uses an encrypted connection. Logs are retained only for as long as operating, security, and support needs reasonably require. Because there are no user accounts, the service does not hold a visitor password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
This reference is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from a person under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor has submitted information, and we will address the request.
Choices About Your Data
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal data that we retain by using the Contact page. Because the service keeps little information, these requests are usually limited to a contact message or relevant server log. Public records held by Willingboro, Burlington County, or New Jersey custodians are outside our control; requests concerning those records must go to the agency that holds them under its own procedures, including the New Jersey Open Public Records Act where applicable.
