Not a government records desk. This is a private reference service and cannot retrieve, certify, correct, or confirm any record. Requests for a government file go to the office holding it. For emergencies, call 911. If someone is stalking or harassing you, contact law enforcement.
Finding the Right Record Office
The first contact should be the custodian for the exact record, not this reference. For Township municipal records, submit a specific request through the official Willingboro NextRequest OPRA portal. The Township Clerk is at 1 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Willingboro, NJ 08046, open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with 609-877-2200 ext. 1028. It is the appropriate starting point for Township records and request routing.
For recorded deeds and document copies, contact the Burlington County Clerk, 50 Rancocas Road, third floor, P.O. Box 6000, Mount Holly, NJ 08060, 609-265-5122, countyclerk@co.burlington.nj.us. The Clerk maintains the PRESS land-record system. A request should name the document, property identifier or party name, time period, and preferred delivery method.
- Address and parcel research: use the Willingboro Streets route.
- Historical volumes and older family leads: start with City Directory collections.
- Verifying a person or estate lead: use Resident Lookup.
- Records not online: send a defined request to the correct custodian under the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.
